COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pacific Scientific Powertec 8003-153215-000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Aplex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A02B0303C126 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the APC3564T03 manufactured by Aplex and we are pleased to be able to service most Aplex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A02B0236C141 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-Hammer Brand 923196701 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gelm such as ABF equipment made by Gelm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gelm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gelm" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BDM0101 made by Parker as well as the popular 910091800 original spares produced by Eaton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A02B0098C132andPZ015C by Fanuc and ABF spares by Gelm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AIG32MQ03D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Panasonic. |
